1952 Yugoslavian Sports Cards

This rare, multi-sport set from Yugoslavia is printed on glossy, 1-sided paper. The cards are just over 1-inch in size and appear to be hand-cut. Most seem to feature athletes of Red Star Belgrade, and the exact year is not confirmed although they seem to be from early 50’s. According to Retro Baloncesto, they were issued as sheets and distributed to candy stores, who then cut the cards down and gave them away in candy bags as prizes.
