Making their first return to basketball cards since 1985, the Star Co. got back into the biz in 1990, releasing another complicated mix of player-specific sets, team sets, and regional sets. While many of the cards were printed in limited numbers, most don’t draw much value or attention with collectors due to more issues with counterfeits and a relatively bland design.
