This 18-card set was issued as an insert in the U.S. AAU All-Stars vs. Soviet Junior Nationals official program for the game played at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington, KY, in May of 1988. The cards were issued in two performated panels. The set includes the first cards of future NBA stars Shawn Kemp and Allan Houston.
