Panini started spreading into more international markets by the late 80’s. This set has significant overlap with the UK checklist towards the beginning of the set, however after card #86 the checklists diverge. Uniquely, these cards have two ‘fronts’, so the back of this card is a soccer card. The UK release from this year has no basketball cards. There are a mix of NBA players and men’s and women’s European players depicted, as well as some metallic stickers with cartoon depictions of the featured sports.
