The ‘Ripley’s Believe It or Not!’ Library of Cards sets were designed as a rummy-style game where players could learn unusual facts. The cards were released in both English and a bilingual English/French version, which means they were likely released in both the United States and Canada. The sets includes 32 cards, plus instructions. The Basketball Card in the Sports Set (No. 263), features the Lewis College player Vern Gaugush, which is the only basketball card in the set.
