The info for this set have been shared with us from the collection of Retro Baloncesto. The Cibon Educational Album consisted of cards of all types – History, Animals, Transportation, Military and Sports. The Sports Section of the album contained 16 cards, one of which was basketball. The back of the card mentions James Naismith’s invention of the game, it’s introduction to France in 1902 and it growth in popularity there between 1917 and 1918.
